Our 5 Surf Lessons Package is the best option for surfers who want to make significant progress during their time in Puerto Escondido. Whether you're a complete beginner or an intermediate surfer looking to refine your technique, multiple sessions allow for faster learning, greater consistency and lasting confidence in the water. Each lesson includes a 30-minute theory session followed by one hour of personalized coaching in the ocean. You'll work on paddling, pop-ups, wave selection, positioning and surf-specific drills while receiving continuous feedback from experienced local coaches who adapt each session to your level and the day's conditions. With five lessons, we can build on your progress from one session to the next, helping you develop stronger fundamentals, improve your timing and become more independent in the ocean. This is the ideal package for travelers who want to truly learn to surf rather than simply try it once. Every lesson includes transportation to the beach selected for the day's surf conditions, a surfboard, leash and rashguard, so you can focus entirely on your progression and enjoy the experience without worrying about the logistics. If your goal is to leave Puerto Escondido surfing with more confidence, better technique and a deeper understanding of the ocean, this package offers the most complete learning experience.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please review our booking and cancellation policy before reserving your surf lessons, packages or experiences. - Booking: All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, WhatsApp or an authorized booking channel. Full payment or the required deposit (if applicable) is needed to secure your reservation. Surf lessons and experiences are subject to availability. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking with at least **24 hours' notice**, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a late cancellation. - Cancellations: Cancellations made **24 hours or more before the scheduled experience** are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the scheduled time** are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. - Ocean & Weather Conditions: Your safety is our priority. If ocean or weather conditions are considered unsafe, The Surfing Tribe may reschedule the lesson or experience. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund or booking credit. - Packages: Package sessions must be used within the agreed validity period unless otherwise arranged in advance. Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval. - Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and significant delays may be considered a no-show. - Waiting List: If a lesson or experience is fully booked, we are happy to add you to our waiting list.
