Service Description
Our Full Surf & Wellness Experience is designed for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the best of Puerto Escondido. More than a surf package, it's a curated experience that combines surfing, movement, recovery and healthy living into one unforgettable journey. This package includes three surf lessons with experienced local coaches, giving you the opportunity to build confidence, improve your technique and enjoy consistent progression in the water. Each lesson includes a 30-minute theory session, one hour of personalized coaching, transportation to the beach selected for the day's conditions, and all the equipment you need. To complement your time in the ocean, you'll enjoy a yoga class focused on mobility, balance and recovery, a one-hour deep tissue massage to release muscle tension, and an ice bath session designed to help your body recover and recharge. A healthy breakfast at Spirulina Healthy Bar is also included, allowing you to experience the wellness side of our community and fuel your days by the ocean. The package also includes full surf equipment and photos from your surf sessions, so you can take home both the memories and the progress you made during your stay. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please review our booking and cancellation policy before reserving your surf lessons, packages or experiences. - Booking: All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, WhatsApp or an authorized booking channel. Full payment or the required deposit (if applicable) is needed to secure your reservation. Surf lessons and experiences are subject to availability. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking with at least **24 hours' notice**, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a late cancellation. - Cancellations: Cancellations made **24 hours or more before the scheduled experience** are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the scheduled time** are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. - Ocean & Weather Conditions: Your safety is our priority. If ocean or weather conditions are considered unsafe, The Surfing Tribe may reschedule the lesson or experience. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund or booking credit. - Packages: Package sessions must be used within the agreed validity period unless otherwise arranged in advance. Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval. - Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and significant delays may be considered a no-show. - Waiting List: If a lesson or experience is fully booked, we are happy to add you to our waiting list.
